Job summary

HHS is seeking a Culinary Supervisor at Raleigh General Hospital to lead the food and nutrition team, ensure patient meals are accurate and delivered timely, and provide excellent service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Full-time and part-time positions available; shifts include Day, Evening, and Night. Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for promotion within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth operations of the cafeteria, doctor’s dining, and/or patient meals.
• Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service for all patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
