The Historic Davenport Hotel in Spokane, WA is seeking a motivated Steward to support our culinary team. You will wash dishes, utensils, and equipment, help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and assist with food prep as needed.

This role offers $17.13 per hour in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth within Davidson Hospitality Group. Applicants should have a WA Food Handler's Card and the ability to lift 25+ pounds and work weekends.

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card required or preferred.
• Experience as Steward or similar role preferred.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand long periods.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen/dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
