Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to support meal preparation, record-keeping, and daily reporting. The role emphasizes high standards of quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety across the service area.

You will assist in preparing meals, storing food safely, and serving according to schedules while following department policies and PPE guidelines. Daily coordination with the manager ensures accurate day-to-day menu execution.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
• Know-how of basic food service practices and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
