Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Worker to assist the manager with meal preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and support daily reporting. The role emphasizes high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, ensuring sanitary storage, serving according to schedules, and adhering to uniform and PPE requirements. Daily interaction with the Manager ensures accurate daily menus and temperature controls.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Food Service Certificate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Coordinate and assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking and serving equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
• Connect with the Manager daily to understand and accurately prepare menu for the day.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
• Follow established procedures and standards for cleanliness, to ensure a balanced and safe environment.
