Qualifications

• Adherence to knife handling policy to show Respect.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions using Spirit.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, measure, weigh, and mix ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers.
• Present dishes with garnishes for attractive presentation.
• Occasionally serve food.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; handle utensils and dishes.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Check ingredient quality and freshness.
• Monitor station inventory levels.
• Accommodate guests’ special requests with respect.
