Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation, including accompaniments and garnishes, presentation and distribution.
• Prepares hot entrees, soups and vegetables by following production sheets and menus and distributes food to all serving areas.
• Follows a standardized recipe and conducts advance food preparation as indicated.
• Inspects all food for taste, temperature, quality and quantity.
• Adheres to local, state and federal sanitation guidelines and SVWC policies.
