As a Shift Supervisor, you will train associates, schedule staff, and manage performance while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across all meals served.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, leadership, and culinary experience required.
• A valid ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that duties are completed.
• Coordinate training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
