Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items per standardized recipes to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals with correct portions and temperatures, ensuring appealing presentation.
• Cleans and maintains clean kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering of food and supplies.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to supervisor immediately.
