We are hiring immediately for full‑time Cook Supervisor positions at 1900 Selwyn Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28274. Online applications only.

Job Summary

Directly supervises food‑service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance;
• Reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems;
• Advise management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste and avoid shortages;
• Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control;
• Operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures after each use;
• Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain established food rotations to minimize spoilage and waste;
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of the food supply;
• Operate food‑service equipment safely and in accordance with established policies;
• Help serve meals; remain present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer comments and feedback;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Full‑time schedule with days, nights, and weekends. Hours may vary; more details provided at interview.

Compensation

Pay range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
