Qualificações

• Management experience in a foodservice or hospitality setting.
• Culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to train staff and create schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or correct behavior accordingly.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the team.
