Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal, state, and facility rules, policies and procedures as related to culinary services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist Supervisor in coordinating food preparation and meal service.
• Cover open shifts when necessary to ensure continuous service.
• Monitor temperatures of hot and cold foods to meet established goals.
• Ensure proper portioning, recipes, and menus are followed.
• Assist in daily food preparation and snack production.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle cash transactions securely.
