Benedictine Health System is seeking a Culinary Services Supervisor in Saint Joseph, MO to oversee dining services for our residents. You will train staff, uphold food safety standards, and ensure an exceptional dining experience under the Director of Culinary Services.

This hands-on leadership role covers kitchen and dining floor operations, staff scheduling, and purchasing with approved vendors, while fostering an engaged culinary team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience.
• Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Trains new employees and ensures food safety standards are met.
• Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team.
• Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area.
• Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors.

Formation
