Job summary

Integral Senior Living in Oakland, CA, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee dining room operations across our care communities. You will supervise servers, coordinate meal service, and ensure exceptional resident experiences during meals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years' fine dining experience, and proven supervisory skills. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required; strong communication and organization abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years’ experience in fine dining.
• Dining Room Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the dining room and supervise the dining services team.
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude, manage traffic flow, and balance serving responsibilities.
• Seat and greet residents, address concerns, and ensure needs are met during meals.
• Prepare schedules and assign tasks to wait staff; manage tables and closing duties.
• Maintain uniform standards, proper food handling, and service quality.
• Train wait staff on procedures and menu education; ensure safe sanitation practices.
• Monitor and adjust resident meal charges and ensure accuracy of daily sales.
