Discovery Senior Living in Florida is hiring a Culinary Services Supervisor to support the Director of Culinary Services. You will supervise dining room staff and help maintain a high quality, safe and welcoming dining environment for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years in fine dining and two years of supervisory experience, plus state/federal Food Handling certificates. You will oversee daily operations, training, scheduling, and ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains warm, hospitable relations with guests while operating within budgeted guidelines.

• Oversees dining room operations, schedule development, and staff guidance.
• Trains wait staff on procedures, service standards, and menu education.
