Job summary

The Waterford at Fitchburg is seeking a dedicated Culinary Services Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner. You will support the Culinary Services Director and dining operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, a Food Service Sanitation Certificate, and experience with volume meal preparation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess Food Service Sanitation Certificate as per State/Local requirements.
• Experience with volume meal preparation and serving for large groups.
• Some supervisory experience and ability to read recipes, work in a team, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prepares, and serves meals in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Maintains standards for dining services including service delivery and cleanliness.
• Ensures leftovers are labeled, dated, and stored properly.
• Assists in managing dining services and supports team members.
