Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Culinary Services Director in Dickinson, USA, to lead dining services for residents. The role is full-time, dayshift (8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday) with no weekend work requirement and a salary range of $27.36 to $49.46 per hour.

You will promote core values, build a strong culinary team, and ensure safe, sanitary operations while collaborating with care providers to maximize resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course and certification where applicable.
• Accreditation as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or currently enrolled in an approved CDM course and will be eligible to write the CDM exam at completion of coursework within 16 months of hire.
