Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Culinary Services Director in Hastings, MN to lead a compassionate kitchen and dining program for residents. You will build a welcoming culture focused on service excellence and foster a positive, nurturing team environment.

The role requires safety and sanitation compliance, budget oversight, collaboration with care providers, and delivering high resident satisfaction through efficient operations. EEO/AA/Vet Friendly.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course and certification where applicable.
• Accreditation as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or currently enrolled in approved CDM course and will be eligible to write CDM exam at completion of course work within 16 months of hire.
