Job summary

New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Services Director to lead the food and beverage/dining services in the community. You will oversee procurement, cooking, and service per the Menu Program, manage finances, and train staff while ensuring safety and sanitation standards.

You will foster resident and family engagement, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to develop and inspire your team.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of regulations concerning food handling, storage, preparation and sanitation.
• 3+ years of successful management experience.
• 4+ years experience as lead chef in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
• Culinary training and/or Dietary Certifications required.
• Eligible for annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of dining services operations in the community.
• Oversee procurement, preparation, and service of food per the Menu Program.
• Handle financial management of the department and supervise/train team members.
• Ensure safe food handling, sanitation, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage residents and families with excellent communication and organization.
