Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to assist in all culinary functions to ensure quality nutritional services and safe sanitation across our facilities in Ohio. You will help serve meals, deliver carts, and maintain clean work areas, following guidelines and regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to quality assurance, infection control, and resident relations. On-the-job training is provided; prior food service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Food service experience a plus, but not required. On-the-job training provided.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management - Provides day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks.
• Quality and Compliance Management - Maintains quality assurance and infection control practices.
• Customer Relations and Service Delivery - Attends to residents and staff; ensures a welcoming environment.
• Administration and Reporting - Maintains records and performs other duties as assigned.
