Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing, providing residents with an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas and work in serveries.
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe culinary work areas and equipment; assist in daily cleaning duties as directed.
• Assist in executing special events and participate in their planning and preparation.
• Distribute, collect and count menus as necessary.
