Summit Point, a Sonida Senior Living community in Macedonia, OH, is hiring a Culinary Service Assistant to serve residents in the dining room and assist in meal prep and dining area setup. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and adherence to procedures.

Formación

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation and performs clean up, washing dishes, and setting up and taking down dining areas.
• Prepare and serve snacks and replenish stock items in common area refreshment centers.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards to comply with regulations.
• Follow the regular work schedule to ensure effective food service.

Culinary Service AssistantResponsibilities include:

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Maintains procedures to meet safety and sanitation standards in order to assure compliance with governmental regulations.
• Adheres to the regular schedule of work activities and assignments to assure effective food service.

Qualifications:

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education, Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
