Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dietary work routines using utensils and supplies as assigned.
• Assist cooks in meal preparation and service.
• Follow federal, state, and facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties.
• Assist in arranging trays, loading carts, and serving meals.
• Set up dining room and serve residents.
• Wash and store dishes and manage supplies.
