Responsibilities

• Perform defined work routines using dietary utensils and equipment.

• Follow Federal and State regulations and facility policies.
• Set up dining areas and serve residents.
• Wash dishes and store kitchenware.
• Attend in-service educational programs.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Report supply and equipment needs.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Chef Manager.
