Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and follow established policies. This role promotes food service standards while supporting resident dignity and choice.

You will execute service with respect to residents' preferences, maintain quality controls, and work on-site in Minnesota facilities on an on-call basis, contributing to Monarch's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes.
• Follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls.
• Provide meal service that meets residents' desires by allowing as much choice as possible and preserving personal dignity.
