Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to assist in meal preparation and service for residents in our Minnesota facilities. You will follow department policies and promote high standards of food service while respecting resident preferences and dignity.

Ideal candidates are dedicated to geriatric care, with a commitment to teamwork, reliability, and compliance with background checks as required by Minnesota DHS.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Culinary Service Aide

Description:

The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Will follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.

Qualifications:

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
