Job summary

The Waterview Shores is seeking a part-time Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook with meal preparation and service, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and resident preferences. You will promote food service standards and follow departmental policies and procedures to preserve resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Position Summary

The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Will follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.
