Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide for the day shift to assist the cook in meal preparation and service, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and quality standards.

You will follow established policies, promote food service standards through cost and quantity controls, and provide meals that reflect residents' choices while preserving dignity.

Culinary Service Aide: Day shift. Every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Description:

The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Will follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.

• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
