Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Culinary Service Aide to support the cook in meal preparation and service for residents in our Minnesota facilities.

You will follow established policies to uphold meal timing, quality, and dignity, while providing choice to residents and maintaining professional food service standards. This role offers a PM shift 4pm-8pm and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment after criminal background study per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Culinary Service Aide

Schedule: Part-time PM, 4pm-8pm

Description

The Culinary Services Aide must assist the cook in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled mealtimes. Will follow established policies and procedures for the Culinary Services Department and promote food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls. Provides meal service that meets the desires of the resident, by allowing as much choice as possible and giving food service that preserves the element of personal dignity.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
