Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Culinary Services Aide to assist the cook in meal preparation and service, ensuring meals meet scheduled times and resident preferences.

The role supports the Culinary Services Department by following policies, maintaining food service standards, and promoting resident dignity through thoughtful meal service and portion control.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents and understand their special needs.
• Must qualify for employment, after criminal background study, per guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Culinary Service Aide
