Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering products for the department.
• May assist in writing weekly department schedule.
• Identify and address high priority activities first.
• Communicate clear expectations for assignments.
• Delegate responsibilities to Partners as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain operating effectiveness and adherence to standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for freshness, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain shrink, safety, and inventory control.
• Assist in merchandising the department to maximize sales.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
