Kraft Heinz is seeking a Culinary Sr. Specialist to transform R&D innovation and accelerate growth. You will lead culinary product development, connect sensorial insights to consumer experiences, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, and CIS on strategies.

This hands-on role focuses on sauces & condiments, requires 2+ years in food R&D, ServSafe knowledge, and strong communication in a cross-functional team. Hybrid work with on-site Glenview, IL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field with 2+ years of culinary product development experience.
• 2+ years in a corporate CPG or food manufacturing R&D environment.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety knowledge.
• Experience with SAP/PLM in product development workflow.
• CRC certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of culinary basics and product characteristics.
• Applies insights and sensory attributes to guide project work.
• Understands functional ingredients and application in formulations.
• Translates culinary concepts into scalable product opportunities.
• Develops consumer-driven recipe strategies and partners with Marketing on media content.
