Epic is seeking a procurement professional to manage culinary department sourcing for large equipment and small wares, collaborating with chefs and internal teams to balance quality, sustainability, and cost.

You will coordinate with local farmers and national wholesalers, with relocation assistance provided for Madison, WI, and opportunities for annual raises, bonuses, and stock grants.

Qualifications

• Procurement of large culinary equipment, small wares, and consumables.
• Develop relationships with vendors local to region and national wholesalers.
• Collaborate with chefs and cross‑functional teams (catering, events, facilities, accounting).
