Job summary

Epic is seeking a procurement professional to support its culinary department at the Madison campus. The role involves sourcing large industrial appliances, merchandising equipment, and small wares, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting continuous facility updates to meet diverse menus.

You will work closely with chefs and cross-functional teams to balance quality, sustainability, and costs, with relocation assistance provided and eligibility for annual raises, bonuses,

Qualifications

• Equipment procurement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel and Access.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 Vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Procure culinary department equipment, large appliances, merchandising gear, and small wares for daily operations.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with a wide range of vendors.
• Collaborate with chefs, catering, events, facilities, and accounting teams to align sourcing with quality, sustainability, and cost.
