Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years related work experience preferred.
• Valid ServSafe or other approved Food Handler Certification.

• Ensures availability of supplies and food in time for preparation.
• Sets steam table and maintains proper serving temperatures.
• Adheres to sanitation standards and proper food handling.
• Stores and marks date on food items.
• Reports equipment repair needs to supervisor.
• Plans production around meal serving hours to preserve quality.
