Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Huntington Beach is hiring a Kitchen Prep team member to support salad bar, side dishes and desserts with precise presentation and efficiency.

You will help maintain inventory quality, track expiration dates, keep kitchen areas clean, and assist with opening or closing duties. Weekend and holiday availability is required; physical tasks up to 50 lbs are part of the job. We offer health benefits for full-time staff and a range of voluntary plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures inventory and fresh produce meet high quality standards.
• Manages inventory levels and storage areas.
• Assists with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes opening/closing duties as directed by management.
• Other duties may be assigned.
