Job summary

McAlister Inc. is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. You will prepare foods for cooking according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistency with recipe cards and production standards.

You will clean and sanitize your station before and after shifts, may assist with light dishwashing, and must follow sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and the establishment. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Maintains consistent quality according to recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift, including light dishwashing.
• Follows sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and establishment.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
