Responsibilities

• Prepare food to specifications before and during unit operations, labeling and wrapping as per ServSafe.
• Communicate with chef for instructions or training.
• Uphold health codes, sanitation, safety and kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food, utensils and equipment in a clean, orderly manner.
• Perform opening, closing, side work and end-of-day inventory.
