Qualifications

• Applicants must be enrolled in a college or university pursuing a culinary degree.
• Must meet university GPA requirement for internship.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Availability to work 20-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Apply baking and pastry fundamentals in a professional setting.
• Prepare baked goods, pastries, and desserts for daily operations.
• Assist with pastry production for catering and events.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and uniform standards.
• Receive, store, inventory, and rotate ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in learning and development activities.
• Gain exposure to the business side of pastry operations.
