Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering in Culver City, CA is offering a Culinary Internship for Spring 2027 through Fall 2027. The program provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen under mentorship, with opportunities to learn daily operations and culinary techniques.

You will work 20–40 hours per week, gain exposure to menu execution, food safety, and the business side of food service, and receive guidance toward leadership skills in a renowned catering environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts.
• GPA requirement for internship as per university.
• Sanitation standards training completed or to be completed.
• Knife skills coursework or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily culinary operations including food preparation, service, and kitchen organization.
• Execute menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and uniform standards.
• Assist with receiving, storage, inventory, and purchasing.
• Contribute to guest service excellence and problem-solving.
• Assist with catering and special events from preparation to execution.
