Culinary Ops Supervisor Food Hall- Omaha

Summary: The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the workload to ensure guests receive high-quality food, while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and productivity in culinary operations.

Pay rate: $24/hour. Must have an open schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
  • Ensure proper training of culinary staff.
  • Manage work schedules, staffing levels, and ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and manage team performance.
  • Develop menu items, recipes, and production guides.
  • Collaborate with F&B management to promote food safety and service satisfaction.
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations, and perform duties safely.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, assigning duties as needed.
  • Attend meetings and safety training periodically.
  • Promote positive relations with public and staff.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of culinary management experience, with 5 in a supervisory role, preferably in a casino/hotel setting.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage planning and production.
  • Commitment to guest service and ethical conduct.
