The Culinary Operations Supervisor is a hands‑on leader responsible for executing daily kitchen operations with consistency, safety, and accountability. This role ensures strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while supporting Culinary Operations Leads and chef teams during live service.
You will maintain an active floor presence, enforce operational standards, elevate risks, and ensure smooth shift execution across production zones. Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, workflow integrity, and team performance.
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Pay Range: $24—$30 USD.
