The Kitchen Operations Supervisor is a hands‑on evening leader responsible for overseeing live kitchen production and ensuring smooth shift execution. This role enforces strict adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and food safety standards while actively supporting Culinary Operations Leads and production teams on the floor.
You will monitor real‑time operations, correct issues immediately, elevate risks when necessary, and maintain workflow integrity across production zones. Success in this role is measured by operational consistency, compliance, quality execution, and strong shift‑to‑shift communication.
Pay Range: $22 – $25 USD
