Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily kitchen operations and resident dining. The role involves preparing meals, serving residents, and maintaining clean, safe food service areas in accordance with regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; on-the-job training is provided, and food service experience is a plus. Ability to read, write, and speak English is required, with weekend/evening shifts possible.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing for residents.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, and other equipment.
• Serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Keeps culinary work areas and equipment clean, sanitary, and safe; assists in daily cleaning duties as directed.
• Assists in executing special events and assisting in meal service planning.
• Distributes, collects, and counts menus as necessary.
