Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as Culinary Manager.
• Certification in a Dietary Manager Course or associate's degree in culinary/hospitality management.
• Must have current and valid ServSafe Manager’s Food Safety Certificate.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of culinary operations within the assisted living community, including food preparation, menu execution, kitchen operations and presentation.
• Oversees food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
