Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rotating menu items at the Plate by Plate station and work at other stations; garnish all items.
• Provide instruction and guidance to other cooks and delegates tasks during production and events.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, safety, and storage procedures; maintain cleanliness and temperature logs.
• Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in creating recipes and planning upcoming events; support inventory and requisition processes.
