Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a motivated Cook to lead our All-Star culinary team in Sterling Heights, MI. You will supervise the dietary department in the absence of the Chef and ensure meals meet quality, presentation and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing all served food, coordinating production with serving hours, following recipes and dietary orders, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all served food.
