Job summary
Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a dedicated kitchen leader in Barrington, New Jersey. This role ensures food safety and cleanliness while effectively managing kitchen operations and training staff. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, coordinating deep cleaning, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Qualifications
Ability to identify gaps in processes and develop solutions for improvement.
Must be able to work approximately 35-40 hours per week.
Knowledge of federal and local health code regulations.
Responsibilities
Ensure proper processes, food safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
Work with training to ensure staff are trained on policies and procedures.
Protect customer experience by ensuring food presentation and quality.
