Crossroads YMCA in Gary, IN is seeking a STEAM Instructor I to deliver engaging educational activities for youth and families. Pay starts at $11.00/hour and increases with experience. No prior experience required.

You will lead events, implement curriculum, and ensure safety while fostering a welcoming environment. Applicants must be 16+, willing to work evenings/weekends, and obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications
