Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Chef Instructor at the Dumfries Campus. The role involves delivering practical cooking and baking courses, including specialist workshops such as Street Food, Curries, Pasta and Pizza, to learners of all abilities.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 35 hours per week. You will have current qualifications and extensive industry experience in catering and hospitality, with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have current, relevant qualifications in catering and significant industry experience.
• Experience delivering training or accredited courses is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on cooking and baking courses for learners of all abilities.
• Lead specialist workshops (e.g., Street Food, Curries, Pasta and Pizza).
• Create engaging learning experiences and inspire learners to develop skills.
