Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a creative Culinary Innovation professional to lead core menu and LTO development, translating briefs into market-ready products. You will partner with Category Management, consumer research, and suppliers to drive guest acquisition and satisfaction.

You will manage testing, ensure QA and regulatory approvals, and help scale new products across the system while staying ahead of culinary trends and cost considerations. Occasional travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree with a concentration in Culinary Arts or Food Science / related discipline.
• Preferred 4-year degree with concentration in Culinary Arts or Food Science / related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in culinary product development and menu strategy.
• Experience with multi-unit restaurant chains is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with internal functions and external vendors to deliver results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary innovation and product development for core menu and LTOs, collaborating with Category Management from ideation to commercialization.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences system-wide through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Translate culinary briefs into viable product concepts, test, refine, and coordinate vendor partnerships through commercialization.
• Participate in key culinary events and maintain awareness of industry trends to drive competitive innovation.
